From 2020 to 2022, we were proud to serve as the development partner for the original Dao Maker launchpad. (Note: The current iteration of the platform is not our work.)

Our team engineered and maintained the platform through Dao Maker’s most prolific growth period, including the 2021 bull run. During our tenure, the platform became the #1 ranked launchpad in Web3, specialising in token offerings and fundraising.

We played a pivotal role in developing the Strong Holder Offering (SHO) model, including its lottery algorithm and distribution processes, alongside supporting Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs).

Deliverable: Dao Maker "LaunchPad"

Our work on the Dao Maker Launchpad began with an extensive Discovery and Planning phase, involving many late nights collaborating with CEO Chris Zaknun. The goal was to strategically develop the platform in alignment with both personal and business objectives, particularly around their unique Strong Holder Offering (SHO) model.

With a go-to-market (GTM) strategy already in place and a highly engaged community eagerly awaiting the platform’s launch, we had to balance speed and precision—moving quickly while ensuring the platform met its intended purpose.

To meet these requirements, we designed and built what was, in essence, a bespoke social network, incorporating:

  • User authentication & account management
  • Advanced account features, including KYC verification, account upgrades, and OTP-based 2FA

The intuitive UI seamlessly integrated with Dao Maker’s deposit contract (developed by a third party) and leveraged external APIs to calculate Dao Power—a scoring mechanism based on a connected wallet’s activity.

This score determined access eligibility and improved chances of securing SHO allocations.

Deliverable: Dao Maker "Toll-Bridge"

With the release of Dao Maker’s token, we developed a standalone web app to enable investors to seamlessly claim their allocations. The application integrated directly with smart contracts (developed by a third party), ensuring a smooth and transparent process.

Key features included:

  • Wallet connectivity for instant access to token holdings
  • Real-time vesting phase tracking
  • Breakdown of distributed tokens & upcoming unlocks
  • Additional functionalities tailored to the token release cycle

This solution provided investors with a clear and intuitive interface to manage their allocations efficiently.
